Account information (name, email) via our authentication provider, Clerk. Documents you upload for analysis and the analyses generated from them. Subscription and payment status via Stripe — RFParse never sees or stores your card details. Basic usage data needed to operate the service.
Uploaded RFP documents and their analyses are stored in our database (Supabase/Postgres) so you can revisit them in your history and pipeline. Document text is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate the analysis; under Anthropic’s commercial API terms, API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models. We do not use your documents to train AI models, and we do not sell your data — full stop.
Your documents and analyses are retained so the product’s history and pipeline features work, and remain yours to delete. Delete individual analyses in the app at any time, or email us to have your account and all associated data removed — we will confirm when deletion is complete.
We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run RFParse: Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI analysis), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes only what it needs to perform its function.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our infrastructure providers. Access to production data is limited to what is necessary to operate and support the service. RFParse is an early-stage product: a formal SOC 2 audit is on our roadmap but has not yet been completed — we would rather tell you that plainly than imply otherwise. Security questionnaires are welcome: hello@rfparse.com.
You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing hello@rfparse.com. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights (GDPR, CCPA, and similar), we will honor requests consistent with those laws.
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and its date. Continued use of the service after changes means the updated policy applies.
