RFParse analyzes RFP (request for proposal) documents you upload and produces AI-assisted screening output: scores, compliance-framework flags, risk summaries, and response-strategy suggestions. RFParse is a decision-support and triage tool for evaluating whether an RFP is worth pursuing.
RFParse output is generated by AI and may be incomplete or incorrect. It is not legal, compliance, or regulatory advice, and it is not a substitute for review by qualified professionals. You are responsible for independently verifying any analysis before acting on it, and for all decisions you make — including bid/no-bid decisions and compliance determinations. RFParse does not accept liability for outcomes of decisions made using the service.
You need an account to use the service. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must have the right to upload any document you submit for analysis.
You retain all rights to documents you upload. You grant RFParse the limited license needed to store and process them in order to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy for how uploads are handled). We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the terms shown at purchase. You can cancel any time; access continues through the period already paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, or upload malicious content. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RFParse’s total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time; we may terminate accounts for breach of these terms.
